Many building owners and facility managers don’t know what shape their roofs are in – it’s usually “out of sight, out of mind”. Hopefully everything’s fine, but since roofs rarely receive the maintenance they need, there’s a good chance that water is leaking into the building through things like loose flashings or membrane tears.
A roof inspection is the place to start. A well-trained WTC representative will walk your roofs to verify their general condition, looking for signs of water entry and other problem areas, including potential safety hazards. If possible, we’ll make minor repairs while we’re on the roof so that small problems don’t become large ones.
